The Summit Crochet Scarf is a simple 2 row repeat crochet scarf pattern. It is perfect for beginners and results in a beautiful textured crochet scarf that looks high end. The best part about this crochet scarf is that it can be made with one ball of Lion Brand Pound of Love Yarn, so not only is it easy but it’s super affordable! You could also make this crochet scarf with self striping yarn for a really cool effect. I chose to make this scarf 90″ long and 10.5″ wide. The length makes it really versatile so you can wrap it around you in a variety of ways. This crochet scarf would also make an amazing gift.

The Yarn
For the sample crochet scarf, I used Lion Brand Pound of Love Yarn in the color Sugar Cookie. The great thing about this yarn is the price point, since you only need one ball (about 1,020 yards) and the color options. However, there are so many possibilities with yarn choices for this pattern, any medium worsted weight yarn will work. Lion Brand Yarn Mandala Ombre, Lion Brand Yarn Wool Ease, Crochet.com Brava Worsted, are some good options. however keep in mind these will require more than one ball so check your yardage.
