Crochet baby blanket
The Mini Pebble crochet baby blanket pattern is a smaller version of one of our most popular crochet blanket patterns, The Pebble Blanket. I love this pattern for a baby blanket because it has a modern feel and can easily be gender-neutral. If you are a follower of my blog already you probably know I love making baby blankets for friends who are expecting and I made this exact pattern for three different families recently. This crochet baby blanket pattern works up quickly and is super easy to work on while watching a show or movie.

The Yarn
or this crochet baby blanket I used Lion Brand Yarn Pound of Love, You can use any yarn that has a weight of 4. I chose pound of love because there are so many different colors to choose from, it results in a soft blanket and one of the most important reasons is that it is very easy to wash and dry, which I think is a big factor for any crochet baby blanket.

notes
The ch1 throughout this pattern does not count as a st.
I decided to use a ch1 at the beginning of each row instead of a ch2 or even a ch3 to give the blanket a cleaner, tighter edge.
